Excellent Leadership is important for your organisation and we are active in (interim) management- and board positions, program management and project management. We focus ourselves on assignments with a minimum duration of one year or longer in order to support your company in an optimal way on board- or management level. These positions we execute are mostly in the C-suite or executive leadership positions on functional level (such as supply chain, procurement, operations, sales & business development etc.) but also delivering support in board- or management programs (digital transformation, sustainability, governance (ESG), growth, M&A and post-merger integrations etc.). These positions are executed in mutual collaboration on long-term interim- or contractual basis. Joint flexibility and mutual understanding are key here!
In recent years companies are confronted with a faster changing environment and we are bringing expertise in the field of change management-, business transformation management and crisis management. Based upon own broad experiences with business transformations and change management we are making sure that your company can deal with the challenges in the disruptive world. Transformation of the business model or adaptation of the organisation – through restructuring or change management – might be necessary. With knowledge of digital technology (IoT,/AI etc.), sustainability (ESG) and dealing with talent management (diversity and inclusion), we can bring your company on the right competitive level. Without doubt, we will be working in crucial management positions or programs.
Many companies are confronted with acquisitions or eventually going public in the end. Our experience is mainly in focussing on post-merger integration of firms where all aspects of business management are covered. Leadership and proper management of personnel is often the key to success in successfully realizing the acquisition. In the past we have accompanied several business integrations but also the closure of activities or divesture in business units within enterprises. Here we often act as program officer or project leader but other roles can be discussed as well.
The above activities are mainly focussing on the business activities in the company (executive positions) however supervisory roles and board advisory services are part of our scope (non-executive posities). In order to support shareholders of a company, we are supporting as certified non-executive director and supervisory board member in the Supervisory Boards. Our managerial experiences with founding and managing companies are well-suited here when we focus on corporate governance aspects of a company. As of 2013 I am certified board director in national and international territories (Nyenrode and INSEAD). I am also active in coaching of non-executive directors through the INSEAD network.
Arbitration is an alternative dispute resolution method in which a neutral third party, known as an arbitrator, hears a dispute between two or more parties and makes a decision that may or may not be binding, depending on the terms of the arbitration agreement. As a recognized arbitrator by the Dutch Bar Association, we have handled a number of cases in business disputes between entrepreneurs (e.g. purchasing, physical distribution, transport, logistics, etc.) as an independent expert. Collaboration with recognized lawyers, lawyers, International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and other bodies is necessary.
